Hanging On To Summer With Jalapeño Mango Salsa
Jalapeño Mango Salsa Summer Nights
Ingredient List: (Serves 4)
2 Ataulfo mangos, diced
1 large Pera d'Abruzzo tomato, diced
2 large avocados, diced
1 small red onion, diced
1 tsp sea salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 tablespoons TTNJ Jalapeño Hot Sauce
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
Serve with tortilla chips, pita crisps, over top of your proteins or just eat it on it's own! Delish!
